Daiso USA in Lynnwood is seeking a Store Sales Associate Lead to help run our retail floor and lead a team of sales associates. You will mentor staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure excellent customer service to meet store targets.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, resolving issues, maintaining an organized sales floor, and supporting inventory control with accurate pricing and labeling.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management education a plus.
• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Overview:: As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership:

• - Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.

• - Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• - Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management:

• - Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• - Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
• - Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.

Requirements

• - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
• - Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
