• 3. Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• 4. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management. Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.
