Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Associate to support store operations, customer service and sales performance. You will assist the management team with daily tasks, merchandising, restocking, and loss‑prevention efforts to achieve shrink goals.

Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, displaying fashion knowledge, and working 35–40 hours per week across the district stores. Excellent English communication and a professional, reliable attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of English for management and customers.
• Open availability and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and assist customers in selecting products.
• Display fashion knowledge and merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking and pricing.
• Monitor shrink and enforce store policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized sales floor.
• Work 35–40 hours per week and assist across assigned district stores.
