Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight
• Assisting with price changes and markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently upon transaction completion
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and per company policy
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary
• Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping duties
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room assistance, and thanking customers
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
• Assisting management with merchandising and stock level management
• Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
• Supporting Loss Prevention efforts, including theft prevention and reporting incidents
