Eastern Petroleum Corporation seeks a Sales Associate for EP Mart in North Carolina. You will help create a welcoming store environment, assist customers, process transactions, and support daily operations to drive sales and satisfaction.

You’ll maintain store appearance, help with merchandising, restocking, inventory control, and comply with safety and company policies. This is a full-time role with benefits after probation.

As a Sales Associate, you play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and well organized store environment while supporting daily operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure the store's appearance meets company standards by keeping all areas clean, including restrooms, shelves, coolers, and floors.
• Customer Interaction & Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a Customer First attitude, assisting shoppers and providing a positive experience.
• Sales & Merchandising: Follow guidance from store leadership to optimize sales, implement merchandising programs, and provide valuable feedback to enhance store performance.
• Operational Duties: Handle essential daily tasks such as stocking shelves, brewing coffee, managing registers, taking out trash, and maintaining inventory control.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to company policies, governmental regulations, and security protocols to safeguard store assets, including cash and inventory.
