Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
2. Balance registers according to company policy and handle transactions accurately, including cash, checks, and credit cards.
3. Call out prices during transactions, bag merchandise efficiently, and provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, abiding by fitting room policies, and thanking customers.
4. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag.
5. Assist management with merchandising, stock levels, and other tasks as needed.
6. Explain exchange/refund policies to customers and assist with loss prevention efforts, including preventing shoplifting and reporting incidents.

Job Requirements
