Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is hiring a Store Sales Associate to be the primary contact for customers, promoting sales by understanding needs and sourcing accurate parts. You will help ensure a positive shopping experience and assist with stocking and store upkeep.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, selecting parts, resolving issues, and maintaining clean, organized shelves. Prior Retail sales experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
