Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing freight
• Assisting with price changes and markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices during transactions
• Efficiently bagging merchandise
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintaining store cleanliness and upkeep
• Providing excellent customer service: greeting, fitting room policies, timely ringing, thanking, and inviting customers back
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
• Assisting with merchandising based on stock levels
• Supporting management with tasks as needed
• Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
• Assisting with loss prevention efforts, including preventing theft and reporting incidents

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
