Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns.
2. Balancing registers according to company policy.
3. Calling out prices for customers during transactions.
4. Bags merchandise efficiently and handles all cash, checks, and credit cards correctly.
5. Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
6. Maintains cleanliness and handles maintenance duties.
7. Provides excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, timely service, and thanking customers.
8. Follows all safety procedures and maintains a professional appearance.
9. Assists with merchandising and other tasks as requested by management.
10. Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
11. Supports Loss Prevention efforts, including preventing shoplifting and reporting incidents.
