Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing freight
• Assisting with price changes and markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently upon customer checkout
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and following company policy
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping duties
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting with fitting rooms, ringing transactions promptly, and inviting return visits
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
• Assisting management with merchandising and stock level management
• Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
• Supporting Loss Prevention efforts, including theft prevention and incident reporting
