Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is hiring a Store Sales Associate to be the frontline contact for customers, understand their needs, and source the right parts. You will greet customers, build relationships, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have some retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort operating the POS system. Training and benefits support your growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Store Sales Associate is the primary contact for NAPA’s customers. A person in this position promotes sales by understanding customers' needs and sourcing accurate parts. Ensuring each customer receive a good experience is of upmost importance.

DUTIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
