Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and unsafe behavior.
• Observe activity for potential theft, safety risks, or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑risk areas.
• Document incidents and actions taken accurately.
• Respond to incidents using non-confrontational de‑escalation techniques.
• Assist with emergencies and evacuations as needed.
• Support store leadership during investigations.
