HomeGoods in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, assist customers, and support store management. The role requires maintaining a front-store presence, adhering to the Emergency Response Guide, and wearing the approved uniform with a body worn camera.

You will greet customers, refer inquiries via radio, observe suspicious activity, and complete safety checks with management. Applicants with 0–2 years in retail or security are welcome.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent loss or dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide and wear company uniform with body camera.
• Greet customers, assist, and refer to store management via radio.
• Observe, report suspicious behavior, and conduct safety sweeps with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management and perform other duties as assigned.
