Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is hiring a Loss Prevention Specialist in Kennewick, WA. Qualifications

• Must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the store team.
• Must have an active security guard license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible presence at store entrances and exits.
• Monitor for potential theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist store leadership in loss prevention initiatives.
