Job summary

KGPCo is seeking a Store Room Supervisor in Vancouver, WA, to oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and safe material flow. The role leads Store Room Attendants and collaborates with site leadership to meet operational goals.

Ideal candidates bring warehouse experience, supervisory background, and proficiency with RF scanners and inventory systems. Must have access to a reliable vehicle for travel between storeroom locations within the Vancouver area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or distribution experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with inventory systems, RF scanners, and material tracking.
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Store Room Attendants and daily stockroom activities
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and shipment of materials
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Monitor material flow and maintain proper stock levels and location accuracy
• Train team members on processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Enforce productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and operational issues
• Support scheduling, workload balancing, and workflow optimization
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers)
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant stockroom and warehouse spaces
