Responsibilities

SUMMARY

The Store Room Supervisor oversees daily stockroom and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and adherence to safety and productivity standards. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to Store Room Attendants while working closely with site leadership to meet operational goals.

Must reside in the Vancouver, WA area and be able to commute to assigned storeroom locations

This role requires regular travel. Candidates must have access to their own reliable, legally registered, insured, safe vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and support Store Room Attendants and daily stockroom activities

SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to, promote, and ensure compliance with Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health regulations and KGPCo safety programs
• Lead and participate in job-site safety meetings and hazard analysis
• Encourage a safety-first culture and intervene when unsafe behaviors or conditions are observed

BENEFITS

The base pay range for this position in Washington is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Compensation in other geographies may vary. Certain KGPCo positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses. This position is eligible to participate in KGPCo’s benefits plans, starting on the 1st of the month following date of hire.
