Palm Beach Tan in Yukon, OK seeks a dynamic salon leader to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and manage daily operations. You’ll supervise staff, ensure a welcoming salon, and lead recruitment and retention efforts while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The role rewards performance with a base pay, bi-weekly commission, and growth opportunities; a comprehensive benefits package supports health, retirement, and personal development.

What You'll Do

• Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Proven customer experience
• One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organization
