Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually and as a team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
