Socket.dev is hiring a Store Representative in Ann Arbor, MI to keep shelves stocked, displays set, and stores customer-ready daily. You will engage customers, support merchandising, and collaborate with store leadership to meet priorities across a dynamic retail environment.

This role requires hands-on store work, teamwork, and a willingness to travel within a defined territory, including weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and development in retail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
