Serv‑U‑Success is seeking a Store Representative to join our team in Southgate, with travel within a 30-mile radius. You will stock shelves, set displays, and help ensure stores are customer-ready each day.

This full-time role runs day shift 6:00am–8:00pm, requires weekday and weekend availability, and offers hourly pay starting at $16.00–$18.00 with a $1 FLEX premium based on experience. Travel to stores, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to merchandising and customer service are essential to

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers and teammates to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
