Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Project SpecialistFlex to uphold company standards during store remodels and special projects. This position involves managing product and fixture reconfigurations while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and retail experience, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Compensation includes $20 per hour and various benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is necessary.
• Retail experience preferred; ability to read planograms or remodel plans is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently, with assistance able to lift up to 100lbs.
• Flexible schedule is required, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and install new sales-floor fixtures.
• Move sales-floor fixtures across the store.
• Install basic electronic equipment.
• Set merchandise according to modular guidelines.
• Complete additional merchandising tasks or audits as assigned.
