Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to provide technical support for refrigeration problems in retail stores. Responsibilities include installing and changing compressors, adjusting temperatures, and performing mechanical repairs. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 4 years of commercial refrigeration experience and strong skills with hand tools.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of commercial refrigeration experience, preferably in the supermarket industry.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. consistently.

Responsibilities

• Installs/changes compressors and cases in new/remodeled stores.
• Checks and adjusts refrigerator temperatures and pressures.
• Performs mechanical repairs including washing condensers, welding, HVAC, plumbing, refrigerant leaks.
