Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to own the full-cycle recruiting process for stores. You will partner with area and store managers, analyze labor markets, and develop sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce agency use.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confidentiality and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned stores, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer support, and hiring consultation.
• Serve as the market expert for assigned territories by understanding local labor markets, compensation trends, competitor activity, and recruiting challenges.
• Build and maintain talent attraction strategies through proactive sourcing, community partnerships, hiring events, and referral initiatives.
• Coach and influence hiring leaders on interviewing, market conditions, employment branding, and hiring best practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, identify trends, and support implementation of improvements.
