Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a DSD Receiver to supervise the night crew, monitor inventory, and ensure food safety. This role includes processing orders, verifying deliveries, and maintaining 5S standards while coordinating with vendors and store staff.

You will train associates, manage ad plans, handle pricing changes, and support backroom and receiving operations. Strong math, communication, and leadership are essential to keep the store running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation and ability to supervise others.
• Demonstrates leadership and communication skills in a team environment.
• Solid math skills for counting, pricing, and balancing stock.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with grocery department operations and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of inventory/stocking to ensure order system integrity and BOH accuracy.
• Check condition, quantity, pricing, and temperature of received product.
• Process damaged/returned goods and complete related paperwork.
• Assist with markdowns and 5S practices in the store areas.
• Ensure inventory management for delivered product and coordinate DSD processes.
