Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits, mitigating theft and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Greet customers warmly to deter theft.
• Monitor sales floor for potential theft indicators.
• Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
