The Store Team Leads serve as senior-level Retail Associates responsible for the day-to-day activities on the production side of operations, including donation door and donated goods processing. They ensure the quality and quantity of donations sent to the sales floor, meet store goals during their shift, and actively participate in donation collection and production duties. This role is suited for experienced retail associates who lead by example and seek growth within the organization. Key skills include donor focus, donation process management, ability to work independently, and understanding of business demands.
In addition to retail associate duties, the Store Production Team Lead will:

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and one year of retail experience. Ability to interact respectfully with people with disabilities, demonstrating professionalism and following policies.
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months; proficiency with Google or Microsoft Office; ability to maintain confidentiality; effective communication skills; commitment to diversity and inclusion; reliable attendance; alignment with LLGI values.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, push/pull 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and visual acuity. Ability to identify odors for donation evaluation.
Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, cold, allergens, and dust.
Includes cash registers, carts, shelving, safety equipment, forklifts, and other retail tools.
