Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Maintain store housekeeping and equipment upkeep; report issues.
• Collaborate with sales and production to improve results and execute strategies.
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling; develop staff.
• Monitor production activities to meet goals; lead by example.
• Direct and participate in customer care and production duties as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies; handle other duties as assigned.
