Job summary

Radius Recycling in Little Rock, AR seeks a production-focused leader to guide and participate in multiple phases of store production operations. The role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to administrative policies, with support to the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Environmental Health and Safety Team to ensure store safety and environmental compliance.
• Promote a clean, safe, environmentally compliant store for employees and customers.
• Oversee store housekeeping and equipment maintenance per preventive maintenance program.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to improve store results and execute company strategies.
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling of personnel; manage work hours.
• Monitor performance; train and develop production staff.
• Communicate and enforce policies; lead by example.
• Direct and participate in customer care functions; participate in production duties.
• Monitor all production activities to meet goals; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
