URBN is seeking a Product Flow Specialist in Miami to support back of house operations and manage product flow from receipt to floor replenishment. You will help drive key metrics, profitability, and loss prevention while supporting the store leadership team in daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading shipment processing, tagging, and ensuring visual standards, along with maintaining organized stock areas and effective communication with leadership to improve efficiency.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store product flow demand (including mornings, nights, and weekends).
• Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and executes the product flow process, including shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, and preparing product for the floor, and placing product.
• Oversees back of house standards and keeps receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas clean and organized.
• Adheres to safety, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support store profitability.
