Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Natick, MA is seeking a Product Flow Specialist to support back-of-house operations, from receipt to placement and replenishment, while upholding product flow policies. You’ll assist leadership, drive sales metrics, and ensure organized receiving, stock, and merchandising processes to maintain profitability.

This role requires flexible hours (mornings, nights, weekends) and a proven ability to lead operational processes.

• Collaborate with leadership to communicate progress, needs, and ensure efficient product flow and merchandising.
