Job summary

NAPA is seeking a friendly Counter Sales associate to be the face of our auto parts store in Orange Park, FL. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, using your parts knowledge to resolve questions and provide solutions.

Ideal candidates have experience in auto parts or automotive repair shop environments, a valid driver’s license, and strong verbal/written communication. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, and opportunities for career growth within the NAPA family.

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person or over the phone.

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
