Job summary

TXB is seeking a Retail Porter to support the store management team with daily tasks, customer service, and general housekeeping. You will perform cleaning, light maintenance, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

The role involves physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and may include night/weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Training is provided, and uniforms are supplied.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• The Porter works in support of the store management team to facilitate store tasks.
• Performs cleaning, housekeeping and light maintenance throughout the property.
• Picks up trash and empties containers.
• Assists with cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and spaces.
• Performs light repairs such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
• Ensures heating and cooling systems are operational.
• Maintains stocked cleaning and maintenance supplies.
