Job summary

TXB is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the store management team in daily operations, including cash handling, customer service, and housekeeping. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience consistent with our brand values.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of training other team members. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required.
• On-the-job training completed.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to operate cash registers, calculators or scanners.
• Ability to lead and train team members.
• Ability to balance cash register at shift start and end.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in completing store-level tasks.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Handle cash, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Train and supervise team members as needed.
• Lead in the absence of the General Manager.
