Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service and trains team, improving service quality and patient satisfaction.
• Greets customers and clinic patients; assists with products and services.
• Oversees store and pharmacy operations including scheduling, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Analyzes inventory, orders stock, and manages stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Manages hiring, promotions, terminations and staff performance; ensures training compliance.
