Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store and pharmacy operations, driving sales, profitability, and an exceptional customer and patient experience. You will supervise staffing, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance while coaching team members to achieve high performance.

Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, managing inventory, implementing promotional setups, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent management experience in retail/pharmacy settings.
• 3 years retail management experience or 5 years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Monitor cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory management to prevent loss.
• Plan and execute merchandising, pricing, and promotional setups.
• Analyze financial and performance data to increase sales and reduce costs.
• Develop and coach team members; hire, promote, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards.
