Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens internship; or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics, motivation, and strong communication.
• Complete Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens locations.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises store front end and pharmacy staff; directs daily activities to meet company goals.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Engages customers, resolves complaints, and ensures positive service.
