Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Proven ability to train and develop store staff.
• Experience with employee scheduling and performance documentation.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures, and how to enforce them.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations in line with Town Pump standards.
• Lead recruitment activities including job fairs and materials.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Monitor LMS assignments and staff development.
• Maintain personnel records and assist in disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
