Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Honolulu, HI seeks an enthusiastic Paint Specialist to join our customer-care driven team. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will mix paint with precision, assist customers with auto body and finish questions, and share knowledge about parts features, benefits and warranty information. Starting hourly rate is $21.75, with variation based on skills and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Paint or body shop experience required.
• Automotive knowledge and/or experience.
• ASE (P2) Parts Certification is a PLUS.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering Customer Care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS.
• Ability to work weekends is a MUST.
• Valid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation.

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $21.75. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
