Job summary

The Texan Stores in Yorktown, TX is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead a team.

You will coach staff, schedule work, conduct performance reviews, ensure excellent customer service, manage cash handling and inventory, train new teammates, and collaborate with management to meet sales and service goals.
