Job summary

Domino's is hiring for a full-time Store Assistant Manager. You will assist the General Manager with daily operations, cost controls, inventory management, and customer relations while mentoring team members and promoting company standards.

Weekly pay is offered with a $15.00 to $18.00 per hour range and bonus eligibility for eligible positions. The role emphasizes staffing, training, professional appearance, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
• Operate all equipment.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean store and equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Mentor and develop new managers by setting an example and providing guidance.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure staff follow them.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective service recovery.
