HomeGoods in Abingdon, MD, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and step in as Manager on Duty as needed. You will help maintain customer service standards and assist in daily operations.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required. Strong communication, coaching ability, and multitasking are essential to drive a positive work environment and store results.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and follow policy.
• Ensure store procedures and labor laws are followed.
• Coach and provide feedback to Associates to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
