Job summary

Aquent seeks an Operations Support Specialist to back the execution of projects across a large retail store network in Atlanta. The role supports in-store teams, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resources to keep projects moving forward.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver who handles高 volumes and collaborates across multiple teams. Responsibilities include reviewing issues from store teams and labor partners, coordinating solutions, and communicating status and next steps.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations support, project coordination, or retail operations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify practical solutions quickly.
• Ability to learn project requirements, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with established procedures, training materials, issue matrices, and escalation processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to project execution issues submitted by internal store teams and third-party labor partners.
• Assess each issue, determine the appropriate resolution, and take action to support timely project completion.
• Leverage established training materials, issue-resolution matrices, processes, and departmental knowledge to troubleshoot problems.
• Coordinate necessary adjustments, information, materials, or other resources required by field teams.
• Provide clear and timely communication regarding issue status, next steps, and resolution.
• Participate in training for upcoming projects to develop a strong understanding of project requirements prior to store execution.
• Identify recurring or widespread issues and elevate them to the appropriate departmental partners for further investigation and resolution.
• Track issues through completion and help minimize delays that could impact project timelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, store teams, and third-party partners to support efficient project execution.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple issues and priorities simultaneously.
