Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment or equivalent.

• Prior management experience is preferred; leadership and oversight are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities for the team.
• Manage inventory procedures, cash controls, and signage to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of store personnel.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
