Job summary

Domino's Arlington is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, drive sales, and maintain food quality, cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, assist with scheduling, manage cash and POS transactions, and resolve customer concerns while training teammates for consistent, friendly service and pizza excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash management duties and processes daily reports.
• Assists with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Assembles and prepares pizzas and other menu items; reads order slips accurately.
• Keeps work stations clean and stocked; transfers supplies as needed.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Trains and coordinates scheduling across shifts.
