Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the register and with customers.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, providing training for employees, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking, and display setup.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support loss prevention measures.
• Oversee cash handling, refunds, overrides, and deposits with cashier accountability.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
