Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service leadership and front‑line store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise processes: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Support planograms and merchandising according to Store Manager direction.
• Ensure cashier accountability and secure funds; deposit money as required.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
