Boot Barn is seeking a Store Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support for store operations initiatives. This role centers on helping the Retail Operations team drive efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service across the field and store support center.

You will handle tasks such as preparing travel books, resetting passwords, distributing reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring supplies and resources are readily available.

Qualifikationen

• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Executes administrative duties to support stores and operations teams.
• Prepares travel books for Store Visits and schedules.
• Resets passwords and supports training implementations.
• Posts or distributes reports and manages monthly mail packs.
• Coordinates meetings such as District Manager and Store Manager events.
• Ensures store supplies and resources are accessible to field teams.
