Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support receiving and inventory control. You will help keep the sales floor stocked, verify deliveries, and ensure accurate data entry and tagging, enabling a smooth replenishment flow and strong store performance.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines, with a focus on upholding company standards and schedules during seasonal peaks to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory processes and stockroom organization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist receiving and inventory control; ensure accurate inbound/outbound processing.
• Maintain organized stock room and ensure merchandise is ready for floor replenishment.
• Verify deliveries for compliance with company standards and ticketing guidelines.
• Input freight information promptly in the systems.
• Tag merchandise with EAS tags before moving to sales floor.
• Support RTVs, transfers, and markdowns per policy.
• Maintain UPH targets through efficient product movement.
• Collaborate with team to uphold Loss Prevention guidelines.
