This role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and uses floorset updates, styling, and product knowledge to engage customers. You will lead talent, recruit and train, foster engagement, and develop others with a promote-from-within mindset.

• Experience supervising sales floor and stockroom with strong customer service.
• Experience staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Product knowledge and brand awareness.

• Ability to analyze reporting for decision making.
• Inventory control and asset protection.
• Omni-channel order fulfillment experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
