Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help maintain store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment for guests. You’ll support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process across tasks and procedures.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong emphasis on guest service, collaboration, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
